🔒 Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Crescendo Baby Music is a children’s music education center based in Rabat, Morocco, operating weekly family music classes, holiday camps, private events, and musical theater programs for children aged 0–16 and their families.

2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why
We only collect data necessary to provide our services. This includes:
- Booking & registration data — your name, email, phone number, your child’s name and date of birth, and payment information (processed via our booking provider; we do not store card details on our servers).
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message content, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Newsletter subscriptions — your name and email, used to send updates you have opted into. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Website usage data — IP address, browser type, OS, and pages visited, collected via analytics tools to improve our website and your browsing experience.
- Comments — form data, IP address, and browser agent string for spam detection. An anonymised email hash may be shared with Gravatar to display a profile picture.
3. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies: strictly necessary (session/security, cannot be disabled), preference cookies (saving display choices, up to 1 year), analytics cookies (understanding site usage, opt-out available), comment cookies (saving your name/email for convenience, 1 year), and temporary login session cookies. Embedded third-party content (e.g. YouTube) may set independent cookies.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate our business: our booking platform, email marketing tool (newsletter subscribers only), analytics providers (anonymised where possible), spam detection services, and our hosting provider. All providers are contractually required to process data securely and in compliance with Moroccan Law 09-08.
5. How Long We Retain Your Data
- Booking data — active account duration + 5 years for legal/accounting compliance.
- Contact form messages — unless requested otherwise
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
- Comments — indefinitely for moderation purposes, unless requested otherwise
- Analytics data — up to 26 months in anonymised, aggregated form.
6. Your Rights Under Moroccan Law 09-08
Under Morocco’s Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (CNDP). To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@crescendobabymusic.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. How We Protect Your Data
We apply SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, restrict access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, conduct regular security monitoring, and use secure hosting infrastructure. In the event of a data breach likely to harm your rights, we will notify the CNDP and affected individuals without undue delay.
8. Children’s Privacy
We collect information about children (name, date of birth) only from a parent or legal guardian at the time of booking. We do not collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you believe your child’s data has been collected without your consent, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

📋 Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the Crescendo Baby Music website and services, including music classes, camps, events, and private bookings. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms. Crescendo Baby Music is based at 2 Rue Hamza, Haut Agdal, Rabat, Morocco. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Crescendo Baby Music.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or website and are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation email/message. Prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store payment card details; all payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (CMI). If you notice a booking error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate changes where capacity allows.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Single class bookings: Cancel at least 24 hours before the class for a full credit. Cancellations under 24 hours are not eligible for credit or refund.
- Camp registrations: Cancel 14+ days before → full refund minus 10% admin fee. Cancel 7–14 days before → 50% refund. Cancel under 7 days → non-refundable.
- Events & concerts: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us.
- Class packs: Non-refundable, valid from purchase date for the detailed period of each type of card. Unused sessions are not transferable.
- Cancellation by Crescendo: If we cancel a class, camp, or event, all affected clients will receive a full refund or credit at their choice. We will notify you as early as possible.
4. Participation & Code of Conduct
- Parents or authorised caregivers must remain on the premises during classes for children under 6, unless otherwise specified for a programme.
- Children must be dropped off and collected on time. Late collection may result in additional charges. Early drop off requires an adult to stay.
- We reserve the right to remove or refuse access to any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful towards staff, other participants, or our facilities.
- Children or adults with contagious illness should not attend class. Notify us as soon as possible; we will arrange a make-up session where possible.
5. Health, Safety & Liability
We take all reasonable precautions to maintain a safe environment. However, Crescendo Baby Music cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries arising from a child’s or participant’s own actions despite precautions being in place, loss or damage to personal belongings, or any indirect or consequential losses from use of our services.
By enrolling your child, you confirm they are in good health and fit to participate. Please notify us in writing at booking of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. In an emergency, staff will take first-aid measures and contact emergency services and you immediately. By booking, you consent to emergency medical treatment being sought on behalf of your child if necessary.
6. Photography & Media
Crescendo Baby Music occasionally photographs and films classes, events, and camps for promotional use. By enrolling, you grant us permission to use images in which your child may appear for non-commercial promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to appear in any media, please notify us in writing at the time of booking. Participants may photograph or film their own children, but may not photograph or film other children during class without the explicit consent of their parent or guardian.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, music, lesson materials, and programs content, is the intellectual property of Crescendo Baby Music or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Our teaching methods and original musical compositions are proprietary. Participants may not record or share class content for commercial gain.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
